The death of a loved one can be among the most difficult moments that any of us will face in our lives, and it often falls on those closest to the deceased and grieving the most to make arrangements for their final journey. Beavement Support Services
Cruse Bereavement Care is the leading national charity for bereaved people in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Their vision is that all bereaved people have somewhere to turn when someone dies. Their mission is to offer support, advice and information to children, young people and adults when someone dies and to enhance society’s care of bereaved people.

Butterflies Bereavement Support:
Butterflies Bereavement Support was founded by a group of people who had experienced bereavement and loss and who have used their skills and experience to ensure that all people have full access to a specialist bereavement support network at the time of need for their family and friends. It is voluntary service offered by volunteers who have been officially checked in line with Home Office Requirements and have Enhanced DBS checks. These are reviewed regularly. They also undergo training and access to additional training and supervision.

Simon Says - Child Breavement Support:
A charity dedicated to support children and young people up to the age of 18 years who suffer significant loss in their life. Charity offers information and advice to move forward with their life, but never to forget their significant person.
They provide telephone support line, host monthly age appropriate support groups, offer the opportunity to meet other families who have also been bereaved.

Support after suicide bereavement
Amparo is a free support service for anyone affected by suicide across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The service provides practical and emotional support after bereavement. The experienced liaison workers can assist anyone impacted in accessing the support they need, whilst helping with a range of practical matters such as dealing with police and coroners; helping with media enquiries; and preparing for and attending inquests.
